Lawrence E. Feldman & Associates, is a general civil practice with a strong emphasis on complex commercial and tort litigation, including class actions, in the areas of personal injury, mass tort, consumer rights, computer law, medical malpractice, intellectual property, securities, and antitrust law. As a direct result of the efforts of the Firm and its members, many hundreds of millions of dollars have been recovered for defrauded shareholders and other persons injured by illegal corporate activities. The attorneys in the Firm have also been responsible for obtaining a number of particularly noteworthy judicial opinions which have not only strengthened shareholder rights generally, but substantially aided in the prosecution of complex litigation to preserve such rights.
The Firm is currently Lead Counsel or Co-Lead Counsel for plaintiffs in major consumer, mass tort, healthcare, shareholder, and intellectual property actions pending in courts located in, inter alia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. In addition, the Firm currently represents many individuals with substantial personal claims.
